Melita Early Learning Centre Receives $15,000 to Support New Daycare

The Melita Early Learning Centre has received funding from both federal and provincial sources as part of efforts to increase the number of childcare facilities servicing Manitoba families. Despite these efforts, waitlists remain while additional funds are raised to furnish approved centres. Investment in childcare allows current – and future – Tundra employees to enter and remain in the workforce knowing that their children have access to care and programming close to home, improving safety by reducing travel time. Tundra believes that our culture of Everyone Home Safe Every Day extends beyond the workday to the home lives of our employees and is proud to support this project.
