Village of Maryfield Fire Department Granted $25,000 for New Fire Truck & Fire Hall Upgrades

The Maryfield Fire Department services areas where Tundra operates, as well as the communities where our employees live and work. Nearly two dozen Tundra employees currently serve as volunteer firefighters in 16 districts across southwestern Manitoba and southeastern Saskatchewan. Many of these areas have only volunteer-based response teams – so if there are no volunteer firefighters, there are no firefighters. Tundra is proud to support our volunteers and their firefighting colleagues with funding to purchase a new fire truck – extending our corporate safety culture into the community to help get Everyone Home Safe Every Day.
