Melita Communiplex Receives $20,000 for Rink Repairs

The Melita Communiplex is just steps away from the senior’s lodge, making it hub for social interaction, preventing isolation at a time in their lives when contact with others is a prime determinate of a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle. Long winters can increase problems for seniors, but with the new complex right outside their door, these members of the community can enjoy fitness, walking and social programming that keeps them connected to the community.
